Qualifications

• Degree in optics, photonics, or related field.
• Experience with optical components or electronic systems preferred.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead failure analysis of optical transceivers from field or internal testing.
• Troubleshoot using schematics, test equipment, switches, and DOE.
• Work with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and actions.
• Document results with photos, data, and repair records.
• Develop test infrastructure and automation scripts for switches.
