Job summary
IRAS is seeking committed team players to join agile IT projects. You will re-engineer business processes, translate user needs into user stories, and validate them with the development team within Agile ceremonies.
The role emphasizes digitalization, collaboration with stakeholders, and rigorous testing including UAT and data migration verification. We value candidates with a degree in any discipline, preferably with Accountancy or Computer Science background, and proven Agile IT project
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline; accounting or CS background preferred.
- Prior experience on Agile IT projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with division and IRAS teams to redesign core systems.
- Capture and translate user needs into clear user stories.
- Work with developers to validate user stories in Agile cycles.
- Participate in digitalization initiatives with stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing activities.
- Assist with data migration verification and functional testing.
