Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking a Manager / Operations Technology to lead parks and greenery operations modernization. You will coordinate cross‑agency projects, develop enabling infrastructure for charging and autonomous equipment, and ensure robust delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, technology implementation or digital transformation.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a technology focus.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with parks operations, IT teams and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver tech solutions.
• Work with vendors to scope, develop, test and operationalise technology deployments.
• Plan and facilitate charging infrastructure for electric equipment in parks and public spaces.
• Manage proof‑of‑concepts and pilots, including budgeting, procurement and scheduling.
• Coordinate system integration and minimise disruption to ongoing operations.
• Support user onboarding, change management and adoption of new technologies.
