Job summary

National Parks Board (NParks) in Singapore is seeking a Manager / Operations Technology to drive the transformation of parks and urban greenery operations as Singapore becomes a City in Nature. You will lead initiatives to enable infrastructure for electric and autonomous equipment, coordinate charging points and work with agencies to deliver measurable productivity gains across parks.

You will manage pilots, engage vendors, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable technology

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, technology implementation or digital transformation.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in applying technology.
• Good organisational and collaborative skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient writing and presentation skills for project documents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and IT teams to identify needs and implement tech solutions.
• Work with vendors to scope, develop, test and operationalise technology solutions.
• Plan and facilitate power charging infrastructure for parks and electric equipment.
• Manage proofs-of-concept and pilot projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate system integration while minimising disruption to operations.
• Develop procurement documentation and tender specifications for Ops Tech projects.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and external agencies to deliver results.
• Support onboarding and adoption of new technology across operations teams.
