Job summary

Pixlr Group is seeking a Business Operations & Marketing Executive to help coordinate training scheduling, learner support, partner campaigns, and marketing collateral. You’ll work with training partners, Business Development, trainers, and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer, learner, and partner experiences.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn how cross‑functional teams collaborate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or programme coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and resources.
• Experience with learner enrolment, support, and engagement tracking.
• Familiarity with training systems, tools, and digital platforms.
• Ability to compile reports, track training metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Strong communication for vendor and trainer coordination.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training scheduling, logistics, and workflow for Pixlr training courses with training partners.
• Support learner registration and onsite training coordination with Business Development, channel partners, and trainers.
• Assist in organizing demand generation events and client outreach activities.
• Support Pixlr channel partners with campaign coordination and related operational follow-ups.
• Assist renewal and upsell coordination for existing software and training clients.
• Help acquire client testimonials from software and training clients.
• Maintain client databases and update dashboards for data visibility to teams.
• Support Marketing in the creation and distribution of field marketing collaterals.
• Assist with campaign materials, timelines, and operational coordination.
• Support Singapore-based social media channels and social communities.
• Work with teams to maintain and grow social media engagement.
• Coordinate calendars across teams to support campaigns and projects.
• Assist the Market Leader with budget planning inputs, cost tracking, and related documentation.
