Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Scrub Nurse to support ophthalmic procedures on-site in Singapore, maintaining meticulous nursing documentation and ensuring sterile practice.

The role includes assisting surgeons, coordinating patient transports, orienting patients, and delivering postoperative recovery care while contributing to policy updates. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a dedicated and patient-focused nursing professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist ophthalmic surgeons during operative procedures and maintain complete and accurate nursing documentation.
• Carry out Scrub Nurse duties according to the requirements of the procedure and established clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to support safe and timely patient transport and transfers.
• Escort and orientate patients before and after procedures and during transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor patients according to the relevant nursing care protocols.
• Participate in the review, development and improvement of nursing policies, protocols and procedures.
• Undertake other relevant nursing duties as assigned by management.
