WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified nurse to provide comprehensive and continuous care for critically ill patients in a hospital setting in Singapore. The role involves assessing patients, documenting care, and ensuring adherence to professional standards.

You will maintain detailed patient records, follow infection prevention protocols, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated and high-quality care. Additional nursing tasks may be assigned as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with professional standards and hospital protocols.
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, provide appropriate nursing care and promptly elevate significant changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, nursing documentation and care-related reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control requirements, clinical procedures, hospital policies and patient safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to promote safe, coordinated and effective patient care.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of nursing practice within the clinical area.
• Undertake other nursing-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
