WEST PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lean Management professional to deploy and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the Singapore site, aligning with plant objectives.

• Foundational knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lean deployment and structured improvements (e.g., Kaizen, DMAIC, VSM, 5S, SMED).
• Provide technical advice and analytical support for site-level projects and solutions through facilitation of workshops using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Excel) to track KPIs and operational performance, to analyze and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Automation, Digital & Technology stakeholders to implement digitalization, including data visibility enhancement and reporting efficiency.
• Promote Lean culture and continuous improvement mindset within operational teams.
• Support and lead cross-functional teams in cost saving activities, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Meet Auditor's requirements by ensuring Lean standards execution and ensure lean process flow documentations are properly maintained.
• Verify and validate new lean process concepts and measure post-implementation results (Eg: Cell manufacturing).
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in - Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling), Power BI or equivalent visualization tools, SAP (basic functional knowledge)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of process mapping and statistical analysis tools.
• Digital mindset with interest in automation and data-driven decision making.
• Strong in communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.

Travel Requirements

Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
