Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect goods to and from stores, customers, suppliers, and other locations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and keep company vehicle clean, safe, and in good condition.
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring proper handling during transport.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and quantities before dispatch and upon delivery.
• Obtain and maintain proper acknowledgement of deliveries and collections.
• Assist with receiving, checking, sorting, and storing incoming goods.
• Label, organise, and store goods properly in locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and reliableDelivery Driver cum Storekeeperto join the Goldwood team. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, as well as supporting daily warehouse and inventory operations. The role requires good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both driving and physical warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform timely and safe delivery and collection of goods to and from stores, customers, suppliers, and other locations
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, safe, and in good operating condition
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring products are handled properly during transportation
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and quantities before dispatch and upon delivery
• Obtain and maintain proper acknowledgement of deliveries and collections
• Assist with receiving, checking, sorting, and storing incoming goods
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, organized, and stored in the appropriate locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts and stock-take activities
• Pick and prepare goods for delivery according to delivery schedules and instructions
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and other warehouse duties as required
• Support store and warehouse operations during peak periods or when additional manpower is required
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving or delivery experience preferred
• Previous warehouse or storekeeping experience will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and delivery routes
