Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing or Science / NITEC / “O” Levels.
2–6 years of relevant work experience.
Strong commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Able to work independently and in a team; communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Follow the Operations Technicians program and quality standards.
Ensure safe and reliable operation of plant equipment and processes.
Perform structured rotational duties across operating unit and field maintenance.
Maintain safe operations within established operating limits.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues; support Technical and Maintenance teams.
Perform unit start-up, shutdown, and turnaround activities.
Prepare Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) documentation and execute at Field.
Perform first line maintenance on Operations Led Activities.
Update and follow operating procedures for safe plant operation.
Perform Emergency Response Team (ERT) roles during emergencies.
