Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd on Jurong Island invites Diploma holders to join as an entry-level operations technician in a 24/7 rotating shift. Training provided, company transport is available, and this is a permanent role.

You will operate plant equipment in the control room and in the field under guidance, follow EHS regulations, perform field duties, assist with sampling, and participate in safety programs and firefighting activities as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related engineering qualification.
• Able to work 24/7 shift schedule.
• Basic understanding of chemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment and processes from the control room and in the field under guidance from the Production Engineer.
• Follow all EHS regulations, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
• Perform field duties such as material and catalyst loading, equipment preparation for LOTO, filter replacements, 5S rounds, and regular inspections.
• Learn to operate the Delta V DCS system with support from senior technicians.
• Assist with sampling and basic testing during production.
• Report any safety issues, accidents, or unsafe behaviors immediately.
• Participate in safety programs and serve as part of the firefighting team when required.
