Job summary

UNITED CLEANING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across multiple project sites. You will supervise daily operations, ensure safety standards, and coordinate rosters and manpower deployment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, night shift flexibility, attendance monitoring, and candidate sourcing. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of operational supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily roster and attendance and periodic reports.
• Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower.
• Monitor and report any absentees to the manager.
• Interview and source for potential candidates for company’s workforce expansion.
• Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
• Oversee efficiency of operational processes.
• Create a safe working environment by enforcing and communicating rules to employees.
• Be available to work night shifts when required.
• Hands on when manpower is in need.

The Operation Supervisor performs cleaning operation duties as directed. He may be assigned to more than one project sites to perform various cleaning functions. As part of his function, he may be responsible for leading a team of cleaners in a single project and to assume the overall responsibility of the service performance of his team.
