Job summary

HUB Distributors is a Singapore-based logistics and distribution provider seeking a Delivery Planner to ensure customer deliveries are fulfilled and routes are efficiently assigned. The role involves coordinating truckers, aligning with customer requirements, and using GPS tracking to monitor movements.

You will prioritise urgent requests, resolve delivery discrepancies quickly, and generate regular performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure that all customer deliveries are fulfilled
• Plan and assign the routes for all truckers for daily deliveries
• Ensure all truckers are aware of specific customer requirements
• Prioritize urgent requests and ensure deliveries are made on time
• Monitor truckers' movement to ensure customer's request are met on a daily basis (via GPS cartrack and status)
• Investigate and resolve all delivery discrepancies soonest
• Ensure all documentation (delivery note / delivery list) are properly signed and acknowledged by customers
• Generate weekly / monthly reports on truckers' performance
• Monitor and control truckers' Overtime on a weekly basis
• Provide information for Customer Service to create Run Sheet template for all truckers
• Hands on driving and delivery when manpower is down for attendants and drivers
