Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling work activities, considering resources and deadlines
• Monitoring activities for compliance with policies and regulations
• Communicating issues to management about vehicle/process problems
• Assisting development of new methods to improve efficiency or reduce costs
• Analyzing data to identify problems or trends needing corrective action
• Conducting feasibility studies on new products or services
• Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining records of operations like sales, inventory, staffing, or shipping
• Developing operational budgets based on projected sales and costs
• Shifting buses for maintenance or washing and re-positioning in correct sequence
• Support of Find My Bus system to ensure on-time despatch
• Aiming for 98.5% cleanliness level during MAR Audit by LTA
• Ensuring buses are washed and cleaned per cleanliness standards
• Manpower to report to multiple locations as assigned by management

Job description

• Planning and scheduling work activities, taking into account the availability of resources and deadlines
• Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicating issues to management regarding any problems with vehicles or processes that may affect productivity
• Assisting in the development of new methods to improve efficiency or reduce costs
• Analyzing data to identify problems or trends that may require corrective action
• Conducting feasibility studies to determine whether new products or services are commercially viable
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of business processes and projects
• Maintaining records of operational activities such as sales, inventory levels, staffing levels, or shipping activity
• Developing operational budgets based on projected sales volume or costs such as labor and material costs
• Shifting of buses for activities such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance or Bus Washing/ Cleaning, and
• Re-positioning of buses in the correct sequence for areas with block parking to ensure despatching process is not affected, including the support of “Find My Bus” system.
• Ensure we must hit above 98.5% Cleanliness level during MAR Audit by LTA
• Ensure all Buses are washed and wiped so that they are in line with cleanliness standards that is expected by Singapore's Transportation Authority (LTA)
• Manpower is required to report to multiple locations as assigned by the management

Personal Liability of any accidents that happens to the vehicles.
