Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business management, service management, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or related environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, organisational, financial, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, commercially minded with integrity, accountability and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational, administrative, and business functions.
• Manage resources, manpower, equipment, supplies, and processes with SOPs and policies.
• Identify challenges and implement improvements to boost efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, service providers, and partners to ensure positive experience.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Oversee financials: revenue, costs, budgets, purchasing, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor performance and drive cost efficiency and profitability.
• Support business development by analyzing market trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing, and safety standards; manage risks.
• Oversee maintenance and proper use of facilities, equipment, and assets.
