Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent administrator to coordinate relief staffing for teachers and customer service officers across branches.

You will plan relief processes, track attendance, and forecast recruitment needs. You will develop communications for teachers, design simple collaterals per brand guidelines, manage relief rosters, monitor adherence to leave policies, and prepare monthly data reports.

Qualifications

• At least a degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Possess relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOs.
• Oversee attendance tracking and data reporting for relief staff.
• Develop communications packages for teachers (infographics, etc).
• Design simple collaterals per brand marketing guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments and appraisals.
• Oversee relief roster and find relief teachers; consolidate monthly freelance relief data.
• Forecast recruitment needs for Relief, Adjunct, Part-time and Freelance.
• Manage key data sheets for Operations and deliver monthly reports.
