Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the deployment of teachers and customer service officers, and to manage data tracking across branches.

You will oversee relief rosters, forecast recruitment needs for relief and adjunct roles, and deliver monthly operational reports. Degree or Diploma required; MS Office, Zoom and Google Drive skills essential. Hybrid work with WFH options.

Qualifications

• At least a Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Possess relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOs.
• Oversee Teacher Allocation across all branches and track attendance.
• Develop communications materials for teachers (e.g. Infographics).
• Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments and appraisals.
• Manage data sheets for Operations and deliver monthly reports.
