Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to coordinate manufacturing activities for the Integrated Process Team (IPT). You will assist production leaders, review batch documentation, and act as the IPT SAP Super-User while driving continuous improvement and compliant documentation workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, execution of change controls, and support for GMP/Regulatory compliance within a biopharma manufacturing setting in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing/operations/technical support.
• Good knowledge of Safety and GMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and train shopfloor staff.
• Review batch documentation and lead serialization-related changes.
• Act as IPT SAP Super-User and serialization SME.
• Prepare production documents and support documentation revisions.
• Support CI and continuous improvement in IPT processes.
• Manage inventory for consumables, PPE, and equipment.
