Job summary

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is seeking an experienced and proactive member to join the ANS Safety Division under the Safety Partnership team. You will champion strategic operational safety partnership initiatives, uphold and enhance a positive safety culture, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive safety excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in Air Navigation Services operations and safety culture initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices and regulatory requirements.
Experience with safety management systems and monitoring safety performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi-agency collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic operational safety partnership initiatives within the ANSG.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ATS, ANS (E), NGPO) to drive safety standards and culture.
Establish and maintain relationships with key partners to address safety challenges.
Provide strategic guidance to Safety Partnership - Operations via safety reporting lines.
Drive development of innovative safety partnership programs and initiatives.
