Job summary

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore seeks a seasoned cybersecurity engineer to join the Operations and Implementation Support (OIS) Section, under the Cybersecurity Division, to plan, design, and strengthen CAAS’ ANS systems. You will develop security architectures for CNS/ATM components and ensure compliance with national and international standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in system project implementation and cybersecurity compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CISA and/or CISSP would be advantageous.
• Active cybersecurity or information security certifications from ISACA or (ISC)2 are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with security governance, risk management and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage ANS projects with cybersecurity implementations and security policies.
• Implement measures to enhance cybersecurity posture to standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and conduct meetings.
• Coordinate internal/external audit needs and penetration testing activities.
• Maintain security documentation and raise awareness across the ANS Group.
