Job summary

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking an experienced cybersecurity engineer to design, review, and implement security for CAAS Air Navigation Services systems. You will analyse complex CNS/ATM environments, align with national and international standards, and lead technical security initiatives.

You will work with a broad set of stakeholders, manage audits, and drive incident response and continuous improvement across the ANS Group.

Qualifications

Trained in Cybersecurity or Information Security or related engineering field.
Professional certifications such as CISA and/or CISSP would be advantageous.
Active cybersecurity certification from ISACA or (ISC)2 would be an advantage.
8–10 years of experience in system project implementation and cybersecurity in ICT/ network environments.
Strong knowledge of information security governance, risk management, controls, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.

Responsibilities

Manage ANS projects and systems including cybersecurity implementations, security operations, and related technology.
Implement measures to enhance cybersecurity posture to meet CAAS and international standards.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including government agencies, suppliers, operators, and auditors.
Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits, including scanning and pen-testing exercises.
Develop and update security processes and procedures in collaboration with regulators and industry partners.
Keep abreast of latest cybersecurity practices, threats, and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate controls.
