Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Engineer (Operations) to maintain PMO-PSB systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across IT operations. The role supports business operations with timely system support and adherence to service standards and SLAs.

The engineer contributes to service delivery, continuous improvement, and cross-team collaboration to enhance system resilience and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in IT Operations / Service Delivery.
• Exposure to end-to-end SDLC and SLA/OLA environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for PMO-PSB systems (24/7 standby roster, remote and onsite).
• Own patching, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and reports to meet SLAs/OLAs.
• Support governance: cybersecurity, privacy risk management, audits, configuration management.
