Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a licensed pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations at our Pandan Avenue site, ensuring safe and timely medication preparation and distribution.

You will lead pharmacists, technicians and support staff, monitor workflow, drive process improvements and ensure compliance with Singapore Pharmacy Council standards. We offer medical and dental benefits, AWS and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (or equivalent) recognized by Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and currently practising.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe and timely medication preparation and distribution.
• Lead and allocate work to Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants and support staff.
• Monitor workflow, manpower and operational performance.
• Train and guide team members to maintain service and competency standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy processes, productivity and medication safety.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Oversee inventory management and minimise wastage, stock-outs and operational issues.
• Handle service issues and support improvements to the patient/customer experience.
• Support audits, projects and other cross-functional initiatives as required.
