Known for their contemporary and functional fashion collections and commitment to quality, they cater to a wide range of customers through both physical stores and an expanding online platform.

As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across their retail network.

  • Work Location: Singapore
  • Attractive monthly performance bonuses (Based on individual and store performance)
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused servie delivery.
  • Take full ownership of P&L performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets in alignment with senior management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Design, coordinate, and implement operational systems that enhance efficiency and deliver consisten excellence in customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with management on business development initiatives, promotions, and strategic projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of proven retail management experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management and experience in executing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on, with strong ownership of results.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay is preferred to effectively liaise with diverse staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for operational details and proces improvements.
