You will drive revenue growth, manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control, and lead a team to deliver consistent service quality. The role requires hands-on leadership, staff recruitment and training, and a focus on food safety, customer satisfaction, and operational improvements.

Location: Island wide

Working hour: 5.5 days

Salary: $4000 - $6000
