• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations and BI with hands-on experience in operational data and reporting systems.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
• Working proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, analysis, and operational reporting.
• Hands-on experience administering CRM, HRMS, ATS, and/or payroll platforms, including workflows, user access, data integrity, and system configuration.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline.

Job description

The Business Operations Manager will lead the operational systems, data infrastructure, reporting frameworks, automation, and business tooling that support the organization’s operations. The role will own the technology and data layer, ensuring reliable data pipelines, scalable systems, automated workflows, strong data integrity, and accurate, consistent reporting across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Data modeling & reporting, PBI, DAX, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power Query, CRM, HRMS, ATS & Payroll Administration, Integrations, Access control, Linux/Unix CLI, log analysis, basic scripting & VirtualBox/virtualization, experience in AI and Automation tools, Systems Integration Data flows, API/integration concepts & process optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Systems, Business Intelligence, with hands‑on experience of handling operational data and reporting systems.
• Proven expertise in PBI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
• Working proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, analysis, and operational reporting.
• Hands‑on experience administering CRM, HRMS, ATS, and/or payroll platforms, including workflows, user access, data integrity, and system configuration.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix CLI, basic scripting, system troubleshooting, and virtualization environments.
• Strong track record in SOP development, process automation, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
