You will lead a high-SKU operation, manage SOPs, conduct cycle counts, and supervise staff while tracking KPIs like inventory accuracy and order turnaround.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in warehouse or distribution operations, preferably electronics.
• Experience with high-SKU, fast-moving inventory environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience with SAP/EWM.
• Familiarity with ESD handling standards and electronic component storage best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure efficient layout and space utilization for high-volume, small-component inventory.
• Optimize workflows to improve order accuracy and turnaround times.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular audits.
• Manage SKU complexity (connectors, semiconductors, cables, relays, etc.).
• Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, and obsolescence risks.
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive components (e.g., ESD-sensitive items, fragile electronics).
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, and shift leaders.
• Track and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and turnaround time.

About you
