Job summary

FRESHPOD PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations & Logistics Team Member to support daily kiosk and kitchen operations, including loading, cleaning, stock checks, and documentation. This role emphasizes hands-on duties, attention to SOPs, and reliable dispatch across our network.

Evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required. You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate packaging, route planning support, and data entry for inventory and deliveries.

Qualifications

Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Team Member to support the day-to-day running of our automated fresh-food kiosks. This role covers hands-on operational duties, machine loading, maintenance and cleaning, logistics coordination, and administrative support, all in service of efficient production and dispatch across our kiosk and kitchen network. Responsibilities are not limited to those listed below.

Please note: this role is primarily scheduled during evening hours. Candidates should be comfortable and available to work evening shifts on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Support the setup and smooth running of daily operational activities.
• Ensure production and packing processes follow established SOPs and quality standards.
• Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and rotation of goods.
• Assist in receiving, documenting, checking, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times.
• Wash and clean pods thoroughly according to cleaning procedures before reuse or dispatch.

Logistics& Coordination

• Ensure all dispatches are accurate, properly labelled, and documented.
• Assist in the deployment of food packages into automated kiosks.
• Support delivery route planning and ensure timely replenishment of kiosks.
• Update and maintain operations and delivery records accurately.

Administrative Support

• Support data entry and filing for inventory, delivery, and quality control documentation.
• Report any issues, discrepancies, or equipment faults to the Operations Executive promptly.

Requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties, including cleaning and washing work.
• Basic computer literacy preferred (Excel, data entry, documentation).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on a shift basis based on company requirements, with shifts predominantly falling in the evening hours.
• Able to work through weekends and public holidays.
• SFA-recognized Hygiene, Safety & Sanitary Level 1Certificate (mandatory).

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B operations, logistics, or supply chain support preferred.
• Experience in product packaging, loading/unloading, or route planning preferred.

Good to Have

• Valid motorcycle license (Class 2B, 2A, or 2) or Class 3 driving license.
• Familiarity with inventory management or digital stock-tracking systems.
