• Prepare delivery documentation to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage operational records filing to ensure efficient business processes.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and billings to support logistics and finance teams.
• Perform data entry, filing, and document scanning to maintain organized records.
• Maintain and update customer database reports to provide accurate information for decision-making.
