Job summary

PURE K PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a trainee to support day-to-day store operations, including customer service, food/beverage prep, cashiering, and stock management, while upholding cleanliness and SOPs for service excellence.

You'll gain exposure to leadership development, inventory control, daily sales processes, and staff training across departments, with day and night shifts, meals provided, and a 5-6 day work week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day store operations including customer service, food/beverage preparation, cashiering, and stock management.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Learn and follow all SOPs for service excellence.
• Support senior staff in team supervision, shift scheduling, and task delegation.
• Learn how to motivate and lead a team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor service standards and assist in handling customer feedback or complaints.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory control.
• Learn to manage ordering, receiving, and storage procedures.
• Understand daily sales processes and help prepare end-of-day reports.
• Learn how to analyze sales and performance data for decision‑making.
• Participate in training new staff.
• Understand basic labor laws, staff welfare, and conflict resolution.
