Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager (ID3624) to oversee production planning, inventory, warehouse and logistics, and drive continuous improvement on the site. You will coordinate with multiple departments to meet targets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role is based on-site with Mon-Fri hours 8:15am-5:30pm and a salary up to SGD 6,000–7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations teams to achieve production and operational targets safely and efficiently.
• Manage production planning, customer orders, tolling operations and order fulfilment.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage warehouse, logistics and inventory activities.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, engineering and site facilities.
• Ensure compliance with IMS, GMP, EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Quality and other departments.
• Manage plant improvement projects and engineering contractors.
• Drive process improvement, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.
