You will head the international trading of hazardous petrochemical products and represent the company with regulators, banks and partners. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate management with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Fluent in Mandarin; able to work in bilingual Singapore business environment.
• Experience managing overseas or Singapore-based entities preferred.
• Knowledge of hazardous-chemicals trade compliance and Singapore regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Singapore company's long-term strategy with full P&L ownership.
• Lead and grow the international trading business in propylene, butadiene, styrene and related products.
• Establish and enforce a comprehensive compliance framework for hazardous-chemicals trading in line with Singapore regulations.
• Build a robust risk-management framework covering credit, market and operational risks.
