Job summary

Rikvin Pte. Ltd. Singapore-headquartered trading house seeks an experienced Operations Leader to own the full physical and documentary lifecycle of every trade—from contract confirmation through vessel movement, customs clearance, delivery, and settlement.

The role emphasizes operational risk, cost control, and counterparty experience, with a strong North Asia focus. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the operations team, drive CTRM/ERP adoption, and build relationships with terminals, agents,

Qualifications

12+ years in physical commodity trading operations with leadership experience.
Strong track record across North Asia; China market exposure and regulatory familiarity.
Proficiency with Incoterms, charter party terms, LC mechanics, and trade documentation.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of physical cargo movements, from contract review to settlement.
Direct chartering, freight negotiation, scheduling, and terminal/storage arrangements.
Lead operational delivery into North Asia, ensuring compliance with licensing and customs.
Enforce risk controls, sanctions screening, KYC and trade compliance across movements.
Lead the operations team and drive CTRM/ERP adoption to improve visibility.
