Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, any discipline; management, economics or finance-related majors preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate/business management, including at least 5 years in senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategy for Singapore entity with full P&L ownership and alignment with Group HQ.
• Lead international trading in hazardous petrochemical products and build supplier/buyer networks across SEA, Middle East, Japan and Korea.
• Establish and enforce a comprehensive compliance framework for hazardous-chemicals trading per Singapore regulations.
• Build a robust risk-management framework covering credit, market, counterparty and operational risks; set trading limits and hedging programmes.
• Recruit, develop and manage the Singapore team (trading, operations, finance) with performance incentives.
• Oversee treasury, banking facilities and credit relationships; maintain relationships with banks, auditors and business partners.
• Represent the company with Singapore regulators, industry associations, customers and suppliers.
