Job summary

SNIP AVENUE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day group operations across multiple businesses in Singapore.

You will collaborate with management to ensure timely completion of projects and priorities, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, landlords, tenants and partners for smooth operations. The role requires strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in operations, administration, project coordination or business support preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across the Group’s businesses.
• Work with Management to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, landlords, tenants and partners for smooth operations.
• Assist in implementing, monitoring and improving SOPs and operational processes.
• Identify operational issues, recommend practical solutions and drive continuous improvements.
• Source quotations, negotiate with suppliers and assist with procurement when required.
• Monitor inventory, office supplies and operational resources.
• Prepare reports, monitor operational performance and provide regular updates to Management.
• Support new business projects, outlet openings, renovations and expansion.
• Ensure follow-up actions are completed and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by Management.
