Job summary

WGT EHR Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef for a full-time role.

You will prepare a variety of pastries, cakes and desserts in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring quality and presentation across orders. The position offers a structured schedule with a 6-day work week and defined start/end times. Applicants should have 1–2 years of pastry/baking experience and hold a valid Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of pastry/baking experience.
• Valid Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Able to work 6-day week in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, cakes and desserts.
• Handle daily baking and pastry preparation.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and manage mise en place.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Support daily kitchen operations and production requirements.
• Work closely with the team to ensure orders are completed on time.
