Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and inventory management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with POS and inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Workflow Management: Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and in alignment with company standards.
• Process Optimization: Identify process inefficiencies, implement SOPs, and continuously work to improve productivity.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage inventory levels, maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers, and oversee procurement requirements.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to local regulatory standards, safety policies, and internal quality metrics.
• Reporting & Data Entry: Maintain accurate operational records, generate weekly/monthly reports, and report key insights to senior management.
