Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations professional to develop initiatives, oversee programme delivery, and set service standards that support the organisation’s strategic direction in Singapore.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate staff induction and training, monitor expenditures, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient, client-centered services that meet established standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop new initiatives, processes, service standards and operational plans that support the organisation’s strategic direction.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes for programmes and services to promote efficiency and better service outcomes.
• Coordinate staff induction and support the implementation of training and professional development initiatives.
• Manage and monitor the delivery of programmes and services in accordance with the Centre’s objectives and established standards.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager in developing strategies and policies for community-based services.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners and other stakeholders to support smooth service delivery.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership and supervision to Centre staff.
• Monitor programme and service expenditure and ensure resources are utilised appropriately within approved budgets.
• Conduct regular reviews of programmes and services and recommend improvements based on client needs, feedback and operational requirements.
