Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting or Analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, issues and growth opportunities .
• Take ownership of business problems from initial analysis through to solution development and implementation.
• Conduct market and competitor research, including pricing, incentive strategies and industry developments.
• Perform opportunity sizing, unit economics, scenario modelling and post-implementation analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop and refine initiatives aimed at improving customer/driver acquisition, engagement and retention .
• Track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and recommend improvements based on results.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects and business initiatives.
• Support day-to-day operational activities, including driver onboarding, support and compliance .
• Ensure operational readiness for new products, features, policies and programmes.
• Maintain accurate operational data, documentation and reporting.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Our client is a fast-growing technology company operating within Singapore's mobility and transportation sector. They are looking for a Business Operations Executive to join their team and work on projects that directly influence business growth and operational performance.

This is not a purely administrative operations role. You will work with data, identify business and operational opportunities, develop recommendations and take ownership of initiatives from analysis through to implementation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics or a related discipline .
• Relevant experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics or a similar problem-solving role .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into practical business recommendations.
• Comfortable working with data, developing hypotheses and evaluating business outcomes.
• Able to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to different stakeholders, including senior management.
• Strong ownership mentality and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment .
• Good stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience within ride-hailing, mobility, transportation or logistics would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore's point-to-point transportation landscape would be an added advantage.
