Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site operations and develop work plans across multiple job sites.
• Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to cleaning teams.
• Communicate and handle customer requests and complaints.
• Assist in periodic work planning and manpower activation.
• Handle cleaning machinery on job sites and train ground staff.
• Attend to ad hoc cleaning duties from customers or job sites.
• Lead a team of floater and cleaners and report to operations management.
