Job summary

LIFELINE CLEANING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Manager to oversee on-site operations across multiple job sites in Singapore. You will develop work plans, manage incidents, and control cleaning equipment inventory while coordinating duties with cleaning teams.

You will train ground staff, deploy manpower, handle customer requests and complaints, and report daily operations to the operations director. This role requires a hands-on leader for morning shifts with a 6-day week.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a service manager to assist us in managing our on-site operations.
• This includes coming up with work plans, incident management and managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials across multiple job sites.
• Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to cleaning teams.
• Communicate and handle customer request and complains.
• Assist in periodic work planning and manpower activation.
• Handling of cleaning machinery on job site and training for ground staff.
• Attend to ad hoc cleaning duties from customer or job site.
• Handle and manage a team of floater and cleaners.
• Report to operations director on the daily operations and work situation.
