Responsibilities

Manage inventory planning and tracking to ensure stock availability.
Review, document and improve SOPs to drive efficiency.
Identify process gaps and support new operational workflows.
Monitor performance and analyze data to spot trends and bottlenecks.
Support daily operations including order management and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Take ownership of ad hoc operational projects and cross-functional initiatives.
