Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills and record-keeping.
• Experience with process mapping is a plus or familiarity with mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track documentation and action items.
• Review and update SOPs, WIs, and forms related to the WMS transition.
• Support process mapping, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support recommendations.
