Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Intern to assist the Operations Excellence team during a major WMS transition and documentation overhaul. This onsite internship will be 6 months or longer, depending on university session.

You will help map current and future warehouse processes, review SOPs and forms, and support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing relevant university degree in logistics or operations.
• Interest in Lean, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and track action items across teams.
• Review SOPs and forms for WMS implementation and maintain version control.
• Support mapping of current and future warehouse processes and identify gaps.
