Job summary

FedEx ACE Graduate Trainee Program (Operations) seeks a recent graduate for a 12-month accelerated path. The program offers cross-functional exposure across regional projects, mentorship from the Operations Managing Director, and structured learning to fast-track leadership potential.

Intake is October/November, with an emphasis on building long-term careers within FedEx. You’ll join Operations in Singapore, gain hands-on experience, and explore opportunities to convert to a permanent role upon

Qualifications

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar background.
Minimum CGPA of 3.20 or equivalent academic achievement.
Less than two years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Active involvement in extracurricular, leadership, volunteer, sports, student association, or community activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Support regional projects and cross-functional initiatives within Operations.
Contribute to leadership development through structured learning journeys and rotational assignments.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to implement innovative supply chain solutions.
Present insights and project outcomes to management as part of the mentorship program.
Assist in developing strategies to accelerate professional and leadership growth.
