FedEx is launching the ACE Graduate Trainee Program in Singapore, a 12-month accelerated development track in Operations. Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.20 or equivalent academic achievement.
• Less than two years of working experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Active involvement in extracurricular, leadership, volunteer, sports, student association, or community activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Effective teamwork and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning journeys, rotational assignments, and development programs to accelerate professional and leadership growth.
• Support and contribute to strategic business, operational, and regional projects with international exposure.
• Assist in developing, analyzing, and implementing innovative business and supply chain solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Present insights and project outcomes to management while engaging in mentorship and leadership development.
