Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Test Governance & Operations Coordinator to support governance activities for a bank’s offshore delivery centres and suppliers. The role focuses on planning, coordination, tracking and reporting with an operations emphasis.

You will coordinate governance meetings, manage action trackers, and work with risk, procurement, compliance, IT security, and operations teams on third-party assessments and reviews. 3–7 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Around 3–7 years of relevant experience in PMO, operations coordination, vendor or supplier governance, operational risk, or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain accurate trackers and drive actions to closure.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas and reporting dashboards; Power Query is an advantage.
• Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Exposure to banking, regulated environments, offshore delivery, third-party risk or business continuity is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ODC and supplier governance meetings, maintain action trackers and follow up with owners to close outstanding items.
• Work with suppliers and internal Risk, Procurement, Compliance, Information Security, Technology and Operations teams on third-party assessments and reviews.
• Track assessment findings, remediation plans, supplier obligations and key deliverables.
• Help organise business continuity and recovery exercises, then track readiness and follow-up actions.
• Prepare status reports, management decks, dashboards, meeting minutes and governance records.
• Identify delays or issues early and escalate.
