At WTS Travel, you'll play a key role in managing premium transportation services that connect people across Singapore, Johor, and West Malaysia. From airport transfers and corporate charters to cross-border services and specialised transportation solutions, no two days are ever the same.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Operations Executive, you'll be at the heart of daily transport operations, working alongside the Assistant Operations Manager to ensure every trip is safe, smooth, and memorable.

Your responsibilities include:

Assisting the daily operations of WTS Travel's premium transportation services, including:

• Corporate Charters
• Cross-Border Services
• WTS Travel Transportation Products & Services

• Assisting with the transport operations to meet service commitments and contractual obligations.
• Coordinating with external transport partners to ensure timely vehicle deployment and operational readiness.
• Driving frontline teams to achieve sales and service targets.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support WTS Travel's long-term growth in tourism, hospitality, and travel services.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Holds a Certificate or Diploma

Has 2–3 years of experience in operations within:

• Transportation
• Logistics
• Customer Service or Service Operations

Work Schedule

Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Shift Roster:

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2 days off per week
• Weekend and Public Holiday shifts required on a roster basis
• Shift coverage may occasionally be required (with off-in-lieu or time-off compensation)

Location

Changi Airport

Candidates residing in the Central or East regions are preferred for convenience.
