In this Role

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to identify and comprehend client needs and requirements.
• Develop and deliver tailored travel solution proposals to clients, effectively showcasing our products and services' distinctive features and benefits.
• Offer expert advice and guidance to Key Account clients, keeping them informed on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies in business travel.
• Provide support in client tender bid, implementation, post go live troubleshooting and day to day system administrative work.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events, representing the company and staying abreast of market trends and competitor offerings.
• Lead projects relating to go to market, system and client migrations to drive business and operational excellence and to enhance the productivity of commercial team.
• Spearhead cross functional meetings and topics. In particular, pertaining to product, data or finance topics.
• Create synergy in business operations and planning across global teams from China, Greater China, EMEA and SEA.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams, including Research and Development, Marketing, Customer Support, to enhance our products and services based on client feedback and evolving market trends.
• Actively participate in business review, planning and forecasting.
• Assist with other ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics.
• In-depth knowledge of the entire data and product development process, from ideation to launch.
• Proven experience in project management, showcasing a track record of successful project launches and cross department collaborations.
• Preferably experience in management reporting, P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Certification in Agile and Scrum methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM, CSPPO), highlighting a commitment to industry best practices, is an advantage.
• Adaptable, able to multi task, good communicator or presenter, has a sense of urgency and is a team play.
