Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive (Elect Installation) on a 1-year contract in Singapore. You will manage supply applications, coordinate with LEWs and customers, and provide operational support to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

Diploma or related qualification in business/admin/engineering.
Experience in operations coordination or utilities is advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask independently.

Responsibilities

Process and manage CS1, CS5, CS6, and CS7 supply applications.
Monitor operational performance statistics and prepare reports on supply applications.
Perform tenant meter tagging and maintain records.
Process service quotation refunds and support payment-related matters.
Review and issue service quotations and payment acknowledgment letters.
Liaise with LEWs, customers, and Principals on supply application matters.
Attend to enquiries from customers, LEWs, and Principals via email and calls.
Coordinate and support meetings with customers, LEWs, and Principals.
Assist in special projects and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Section.
